Museumpark is home to the Kunsthal and the Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen. The Depot is a stunning mirrored, bowl-shaped building that houses the museum’s full art storage collection. You can actually walk through it and see the collection for yourself. It’s an unusual concept and one of the top sites in Rotterdam.
Get some fresh air in Kralingse Bos. This large park was built around a lake that’s just on the edge of the city. You can take a walk, go cycling, or rent a small boat if the weather is on your side. It’s a fantastic place to decompress once your boxes are finally emptied.
